Doug Johnson has facilitated 120+ modular and manufactured projects in Colorado since 2017, and over 200 including other states.

My career in real estate started in 2002. Including the most recent position as a Project Manager for a national manufactured home builder which followed being the Regional Market Director for (6) six years with a national bank with the focus on managing construction projects in multiple states. This in-depth experience has prepared me to successfully complete every project from start to finish for all of our clients and their customers.

Vince Bledsoe has over 8 years of In-depth knowledge of the real estate process working for a title insurance company along with 5 years experience with ground up construction that allows him to excel in helping customers figure out solutions for their questions regarding the entire process.

Accommodating every client's request while providing the best experience is what we focus on and look forward to working every future client. 

Julie Williams moved to Colorado in 2016, and experienced first hand how expensive and difficult it is for people to purchase a new home in this beautiful state, and has wanted to help others since going through the purchase process personally.

My goal starting Trailhead Homes is to help every person that really wants to be a homeowner to reach their goal.
