REFERRAL PROGRAM (REAL ESTATE AGENT & INVESTOR FRIENDLY)

If the terms and conditions below are met, Trailhead Homes will pay a referral fee in the amount of up to $5,000.00 for the base price on the construction contract of a home or ADU to an eligible real estate professional after the referred client’s house is ordered and deposit is paid.

Referral Amounts

$1,000 for House or ADU up to $50,000

$2,500 for House or ADU up to $99,999

$3,500 for House or ADU up to $199,999

$5,000 for House or ADU above $200,000

The Trailhead Homes Realtor Referral Program is a non-exclusive program for licensed real estate professionals that refer clients to Trailhead Homes for the construction of a new home or ADU. 

Referred clients must purchase a house or ADU with Trailhead Homes for the referral fee to apply. Under no circumstances will Trailhead Homes pay a referral fee if the referred customer does not build a home or ADU with Trailhead Homes.

Referred clients must purchase a home or ADU (contract signed and deposit committed) within 12-months for the referral fee to apply.

If a client is referred to Trailhead Homes by more than one real estate professional, a referral fee can be split by a maximum of two agents. Under no circumstances will Trailhead Homes pay more than one referral fee for the same referral. If a referral builds multiple homes or expands in the future, the referral fee is only paid on the initial home.

To be eligible for a referral payment under the Trailhead Homes Realtor Referral Program, a real estate professional: (1) must introduce or register the client using the Client Registration Form; (2) must not use marketing material referencing Trailhead Homes unless the marketing material has been previously approved in writing or provided by Trailhead Homes; (3) must be currently licensed as a real estate professional; (4) must be in good standing within the State in which the referral takes place; (4) submit required forms including W-9 and brokerage information prior to referral payment. (5) All of these conditions must be met in order for a real estate professional to be eligible for a referral payment.
